This policy describes how VolFront LLC ("VolFront", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use volAgent: this developer site, the volAgent API, the MCP server and the Excel add-in. For the vol-ai.com website, see the volAI privacy policy at volfront.com.

This site

This developer site sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. The request-access page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting the form and may process browser and device signals under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Your volAgent key is held in memory in your browser. If you tick "Keep for this browser tab", it is also kept in this tab's session storage and is removed when the tab closes or when you choose Forget. Your chosen environment is kept the same way. Nothing else is stored in your browser.

The key is sent only to the volAgent gateway you configure, over HTTPS, as a bearer token. Generated code shows a placeholder unless you choose to insert your key.

Information we collect

• Access requests: the name, work email, callback phone, firm and intended use you enter on the request-access form. A Cloudflare service checks the submission and forwards it to our team by email. We use it only to respond to your request.
• Account information: your firm, users, the keys issued to you and their entitlements.
• Request records: for each API, MCP or Excel request, the time, the tool or endpoint, its arguments, the response status, timing and a request id.
• Query jobs: the questions you submit and the results, kept so you can read them back.
• Your Claude API key, if you register one: stored encrypted in a key vault and used only to run your firm's query jobs.

How we use information

• To provide, operate and secure volAgent.
• To enforce entitlements, rate limits and quotas, and to meter usage for billing.
• To investigate errors and abuse, using the request id you can quote to us.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Query jobs and your model provider

Query jobs run on your firm's own Claude key. The prompts and tool results of a job are processed by Anthropic under your own account and agreement with them. You can remove your registered key at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that support our operations (cloud hosting, key management, email delivery and payment processing), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and billing obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. A firm's signed agreement may set specific retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on where you are (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us through volfront.com to exercise them.

volAgent is a professional service and is not directed to anyone under 18.
